– How do I renew it without any delay?
If your car insurance policy has
lapsed, renewing it without getting an inspection done is not
possible. Without any ado, make sure you place your request for
inspection and renewal by calling on their toll-free number.
This must be done within 90 days from the date on which the
policy has expired.
Can I request for a change in the IDV of my
vehicle insured by TATA AIG?
Of course you can! Just call on their
toll-free number 1800-266-7780 and place your request. Do keep
in mind that insured declared value of the vehicle can be
altered according to the terms and conditions of the company and
only during the time of renewal.
How long should I wait for a claim
settlement?
To proceed with claims in TATA AIG, you
must either intimate the company by calling on their toll-free
number 1800-266-7780 or SMS ‘CLAIMS’ to 5616181. You might as
well receive a call back in an hour.

If your vehicle can be
driven, take it to the nearest dealer / garage.
Get a repair estimate,
fill up the claim form and attach a copy of the
registration
certificate and
driving license of the person driving at the time of the

If the garage is

Pay
for non accident
related repairs, depreciation and deductible. We would

What is Zero Depreciation Cover?
The value of a vehicle will depreciate with
the increasing tenure. Your motor insurance policy will pay you the
claim amount taking into account the depreciation. To avoid this,
you can also choose a policy with a Zero Depreciation car insurance
Cover, in which case there will be no deductions on the
depreciation.
How to file a Car Insurance claim?
The first thing you need to do is contact

FIR from the police with recorded details from the witnesses and
